Clearing skies and chilly temperatures return • A few isolated showers will try to develop south of Jacksonville early this morning • Duval county generally drying out for the AM commute • Temperatures in the 40s and 50s in NE Florida... 30s and 40s in SE Georgia by sunrise • Jacksonville will only rebound this afternoon to the mid to upper 50s • Skies will be clearing as dry air moves in this morning • An inland freeze is likely overnight and early Saturday morning • We start off the weekend on Saturday with highs only in the upper 50s to lower 60s. TODAY: Clearing sky and cool again. HIGH: 58 TONIGHT: Mostly clear. LOW: 34 (Inland freeze) SATURDAY: Mostly sunny. 34/61 SUNDAY: Sunny. 38/70 MONDAY: Becoming partly cloudy. 53/74 TUESDAY: Partly sunny. 60/78 WEDNESDAY: Mostly cloudy with rain moving in from east to west. Chilly morning before a mild afternoon • NOT a widespread freeze this morning • Temperatures still chilly in the 30s and 40s • We will see more clouds building in today ahead of a cold front that will pass through tonight • Isolated shower possible near I-75 late in the day • Highs in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees this afternoon. • An isolated shower is possible overnight / early Friday morning • Highs cool back down to the mid 50s tomorrow • We start off again in the 30s on Saturday morning with highs only in the upper 50s to lower 60s. Another cold morning, Slow warming trend • Widespread sub-freezing temperatures this morning away from the NE Florida coastline • 4th freeze of the season (at JIA) • Inland hard freeze for neighborhoods near and west of Highway 301 and virtually all of SE Georgia. • Temperatures are in the mid to upper 30s for much of the Jacksonville metro toward the beaches. • Abundant sunshine once again today • Highs in the lower 60s this afternoon. Well below the average of 69 at JIA. • We won't see freezing temperatures tonight after 4 straight nights of an inland freeze. • Highs return to near average tomorrow before another front arrives Thursday night/ Friday morning. • An isolated shower is possible overnight Thursday/Friday morning • Highs cool back down to the upper 50s Friday TODAY: AM Widespread frost/inland freeze.
