Change a child’s last name to the name of your new mate...we all know what that means...someone isn’t doing his job.
Eva Marcille says she changed her daughter Marley Rae’s last name from McCall to Sterling.
"We've been going through the process—I must say, it is not an easy process and it is not for the faint of heart—but we've been working through it and [as of] yesterday I can say thanks to the honorable Judge Manning here in Fulton County court granted me a name change for Marley. She is now officially and legally Marley Rae Sterling."
Marley Rae's birth father is recording artist Kevin McCall. The America's Next Top Model winner has said in the past that McCall was abusive.
She says her current husband Michael Sterling has stepped up in every way not only for the kids that are biologically his but obviously also for Marley Rae.
