Marion ‘Pooch’ Hall has been officially chage with felony child abuse and DUI after he was arrested a few weeks ago for drunk driving and letting his 2-year old son operate his vehicle and crashing into a parked car. He faces six years in prison and his wife now has custody of their son along with their other children.
