Costco Is Selling a Thanksgiving Feast for 8 So You Can Skip the Kitchen Stress - And It’s $70 Off!

Other retailers like Sam’s Club & Target offering meal bundles too!

If you’re hosting Thanksgiving this year but aren’t looking forward to spending hours in the kitchen, Costco may have a solution.

The warehouse retailer is offering a 30-pound Thanksgiving dinner bundle with turkey, all the classic sides and two desserts — enough to serve approximately eight people.

The Complete Gourmet Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner is available to preorder online for $199.99, marked down $70 from its regular price of $269.99. That works out to about $25 per person for the entire meal.

So, what’s on the menu?

The package includes a five-pound, pre-brined turkey breast that’s ready to roast, along with three-pound trays of mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, sweet corn, green bean casserole and cornbread stuffing. You’ll also get two pounds of candied yams, turkey gravy, cranberry relish and 12 gourmet dinner rolls.

And don’t worry about dessert! The meal comes with both a two-pound pumpkin pie and a two-pound apple cobbler, giving guests options to finish off their Thanksgiving feast.

The dinner is sold through Costco and prepared by Fortune Gourmet. It arrives frozen, with the turkey requiring roasting and the other dishes prepared according to their heating instructions.

For anyone hoping to skip some of the holiday cooking, the bundle could make hosting a little easier without sacrificing the traditional Thanksgiving spread.

There is a catch, though: The meal must be preordered online by November 13, with scheduled deliveries available between November 4 and November 20, subject to availability. Costco lists the $70 discount through November 30.

Still think that price is too high? Last week, Sam’s Club unvieled a $160 meal bundle that will be available beginning October 28 which includes turkey, ham, two pumpkin pies and enough sides for next-day leftovers.

Target also announced a holiday meal bundle for six people that only costs $30, working out to be $5 per person. Below is what’s included in Target’s Thanksgiving bundle:

  • Butterball Premium Whole Young Turkey (up to 10 lb.)
  • Good & Gather Russet Potatoes (3 lb. bag)
  • Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry Sauce (14 oz.)
  • Del Monte French Style Green Beans (two 14.5 oz cans)
  • Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz)
  • Good & Gather French Fried Onions (6 oz.)
  • Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Turkey (6 oz.)
  • Heinz Homestyle Turkey Gravy (12 oz.)
  • Favorite Day Take & Bake Baguette (two-count)

Aldi has their Thanksgiving meal bundle feeding 10 people for under $39 with a 16-pound turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, cranberries, peas, carrots, celery, dinner rolls, whipping cream and ingredients to make pumpkin pie.

So no matter which retailer you choose, plenty of options to make Thanksgiving easier this year so you can focus more on family and fun!
