Bobby Brown will receive a proclamation from the City of South Fulton in the Atlanta area.
This comes after the announcement that he plans to build the Bobbi Kristina Serenity House.
The organization is a “domestic violence non-profit organization” named after his daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown.
According the Associated Press, "the shelter will also offer a 24-hour crisis intervention line and emergency transitional shelter".
The My Prerogative singer will receive the proclamation Monday.
